Starting of with the heart of the system the Intel Pentium G4560 is the best bang for your buck. Now a lot of people have a misconception about Pentium CPU's but I would like you to know that Pentium's have come a long way from what they were and are now completely different in a good way. The processor has 2 actual core and supports hyperthreading which basically means that it has 4 cores in total (2 actual and 2 virtual) which is great. If you are thinking if games like Farcry Primal which requires a quad core processor will work on this processor well don't worry it will work without a hassle.
If you are still concerned about the performance of this CPU let us take the Intel core I3 8100 for example, it is a quad core processor and has more cache but it costs twice as much and does it provide twice as more performance? The answer is a big NO. When you are considering to build a budget PC all you have to be concerned about is about botttlenecking which in a nutshell essentially means a CPU slowing down the graphics card from showcasing it's true potential but this new generation Pentium G4560 is really capable and doesn't have that much of this issue and is the best budget CPU there is.

The processor costs around Rs. 4500

MOTHERBOARD

For the motherboard we have the Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2 LGA 1151 6th gen F20 updated bios motherboard which as the name states has an updated bios and is certain to support our 7th gen Intel processor. The motherboard is great and has 2 dual channel DDR4 RAM slots, 10 USB ports in total including the internal one's of which 2 are external USB 3.0 slots which enables fast connectivity  ,1 PCIE x16 slot for you graphic card and all the features and ports you will need. Overall this is great for the price it is offered for.

The motherboard costs around Rs.4200

RAM

RAM prices as of now are off the roof these days and considering we are on a budget , I suggest you to go in for the Corsair Value select 4GB RAM which is great for the price. Later on when your budget allows you could get another stick of this RAM and slot it in the free slot for it to run in dual channel. 8GB RAM is considered good enough for gaming and it is only video editing (4k huge footages) that requires as much RAM as it can get otherwise you will be fine with 8GB.

4GB of RAM costs around Rs. 4000

Storage

Now for the storage we have the Seagate Barracuda 1 TB hard drive. We have gone in for a 1TB instead of the 500 GB because if you wish to download and play the latest AAA games such as Battlefield 1, FarCry 5 and so on you will require a lot of space and moreover there is not much price difference between the 500GB and 1TB one so this offers plenty of storage for the price.

The hard drive costs around Rs.3000
