Panasonic RP HBD 250 EXTRA BASS!! Headphones - Review

BUILD QUALITY

Starting off with the build quality, the headphone is made entirely of plastic and is of quite good quality. The headphone is very sturdy and flexible and does not tend to break that easily. it also comes equipped with tangle free cables and really helps a lot and is quite a nifty addition. The 3.5 mm headphone pin comes coated in gold and thus helps prevent corrosion.

COMFORT

Next up Lets a take a look at comfort which is one the most imp. aspect in a headphone.
The ear cups are quite large and can fit almost any ear size with ease and it is also provided with sufficient amount of padding thus keeping you very comfortable over hours and hours of media consumption.

The headphones itself weight 420g although quite heavy they don’t seem to get uncomfortable. The ear cups are slightly tiltable and can also be extended or contracted  just to get that perfectly accurate fit according to every individuals preference.

The head band does not come with foam padding's up top but nonetheless ,  I found the headphone to be very comfortable.

SOUND QUALITY

Getting to the sound quality, the headphones support frequencies ranging from  9Hz to 25000Hz with 32mm drivers. With all this on line, the sound quality feels great. Listening to songs and watching videos proved to be a good experience .

The highs were quite good and the lows were good too. Although I find the max volume level to be quite low by just a little bit, they are quite sufficient. The over head styled headphone does a really good job of covering your entire ear thus providing great noise isolation and this happening around you aren't going to be all that audible unless they are quite loud.

So this Extra Bass Branding tagline does help too, you can feel that the bass is slightly more focused  than the all the rest of the frequencies not much but a teensy bit ,  nonetheless  it does a really good job of handling all frequencies properly  thus providing a rich experience  and the sound quality is very good especially for a budget headphone.

PORTABILITY

These headphones are quite large and are strictly not geared towards portability. Although you can take them out , they are quite large and are best when not carried around.

VERDICT

So on the whole for the price, you get a great headphone with quite a bit of nifty and handy features such as tangle free cables  in addition to great sound quality with a proper amount of bass. This retails for about about Rs 1000 which translates to about 15 USD which is great.

So Overall  I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anybody on a budget looking for a great pair of headphones.
